Can I try TracePilot before committing to a plan?
Yes. Our Starter plan is free for teams of up to 3 users. No credit card required to get started. When you are ready to scale, upgrading takes seconds.
How does per-user pricing work?
You are billed only for active users who log in during the billing period. Bot accounts, API tokens, and guest viewers do not count toward your user total.
What integrations are included?
Every plan includes GitHub, GitLab, Slack, and email integrations out of the box. The Professional plan adds Jira, Linear, and Asana. Enterprise customers get custom integrations via our API and dedicated webhook endpoints.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly billing on Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise contracts are custom and typically negotiated on an annual basis.
What compliance frameworks do you support?
The Professional plan covers SOC 2 Type II evidence collection. Enterprise adds ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and HIPAA-ready controls with continuous monitoring and automated evidence generation.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new rate is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period.
